by DnA values the protection of your personal data. In this privacy statement we inform you about how we handle your personal data.

Who is this statement for?

This statement is addressed to the visitors of the websites of by DnA and the (prospective) customers of by DnA.

Which personal data is involved?

The following personal data are collected from the customers of by DnA: name, company name, business address and telephone number. No special personal data are processed. No personal data is collected from the visitors to the website of by DnA.

The website of by DnA uses functional cookies. This optimizes the functionality of certain pages of the website. We also use analytics cookies. This means that the surfing behavior of all visitors is processed in an anonymous way into graphs and patterns. Analytics cookies do not process data on an individual level. Finally, the website of by DnA uses session cookies. As a result, every time you visit the website, a new session is started. A visitor of the website can decide for themselves how cookies are handled. This browser can be set to allow use, not allowed or partially allowed. Cookies can always be removed from a computer.

What is the personal data used for?

The goal is to approach the (prospective) customers of by DnA by telephone and to be able to send them informative e-mails, invitations and invoices.

What does the law say about this?

From the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) it follows that a legal basis is required for the processing of personal data. One of the legal bases concerns ‘the legitimate interest’. by DnA has a legitimate interest. Without the processing of personal data it is after all not reasonably possible to achieve its goals, namely to provide consultancy and advice to its customers.

Is the provision of personal data mandatory?

No, it is not mandatory for anyone to provide his or her personal data to by DnA. The consequence of non-provision is that one can not do business with by DnA.

How long are the personal data stored?

The personal data will not be stored for longer than is necessary to provide the contact persons with the necessary information, to keep in touch and to send invoices. In addition, the data of the customers are retained in order to comply with the obligations arising from the advice offered and to provide service on the services offered.

  

Are personal data transferred to third parties?

No, personal data are not shared with third parties.

Is there automatic decision-making?

No, there is no automated processing of personal data. Everything that happens with the personal data happens manually.

How is the security of personal data regulated?

The personal data is stored on a secure computer (hard disk) and access is reserved solely to the employees of by DnA. by DnA uses Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Onedrive. These digital environments are protected by a personal password, which is updated regularly. Finally, by DnA uses the internet security software from Kaspersky.

The privacy rights of the contacts

Every contact person whose personal data is processed has the right to request by DnA to inspect his or her personal data and / or to have this data supplemented, removed or protected. The person who makes such a request must identify himself. If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, we ask you to contact by DnA before you make use of the possibility to submit the complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
